Review of Willow Vale, Spring Hill, TN
Review of Willow ValeWillow Vale neighborhood in Spring Hill is another Beazer Homes development. Located just off Main Street, Willow Vale offers homes in the $275,000 - $300,000 price range.
The homes are nicely designed and include mostly brick exteriors. The lot sizes are about 1/3 of an acre which is probably a little above average for most developments in Spring Hill. One feature includes the convenience to shopping in Spring Hill. Located in the middle of Spring Hill, Willow Vale has several access points to main roads.
A disadvantage is that one access point is an entry to the heavily populated Lexington Farms development. This could be a long term problem as more people might choose this route as a "cut thru" to Main Street.
As of March 2008, this development has only about 5 finished homes. It's still new and will surely grow over the next three years.
Overall, the homes are nice, the location is good, and the price is right. Not a bad combination.
